All the software products you buy at MindMap-Shop.com are available for download before use. Please test the products before you buy them. We can not return money or take back the product because the registration keys are personal.

We therefore strongly advice you to download and use and then buy the product if you like it.

We understand that there are always situations possible that you like to have a refund. This is only possible in the following situations:

• You bought a product that we recommended AND knowing your computer configuration it can not work. This could be the case with a APPLE/MAC computer using a Windows tool or Windows on MAC. We then completely refund your purchase.
• You purchased a product and send us directly a message that you made a mistake and do not want the licence. If we did not already issue a licence, we refund your money completely minus the costs of the creditcard transaction.
• You bought a licence, did not supply us with all the details to complete the purchase and write us that you do not want to buy it. We completely refund your purchase minus the cost of the creditcard transaction.
• In the situation that you bought a license and we issued it and we did already send it to your (e)mail address, we have to look at it. Refunds will then be given at the discretion on the management. We may refund between 25% and 100% of your purchase minus the cost of the creditcard transaction.
